We offer FREE UK (MAINLAND) DELIVERY – on all orders over £100. 
For orders under £100, there is a £6.95 delivery charge.


Non-UK Mainland (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles) - £12.00

OUR FREE DELIVERY SERVICES

We offer free delivery on UK Mainland orders over £100. This offer also includes furniture and large items. If an item is in stock, then we can deliver this to you within 2-3 working days. If an item is not in stock, then we will deliver your item to you for free within the lead time stated on the product page.


Free Delivery

For small to medium parcels:

-       Dispatch - We aim to dispatch your order within the estimated delivery dates.

-       Courier - We will use ParcelForce or Royal Mail for delivery (or alternative couriers if sent directly from the brand).

Large Item Free Delivery

This is for furniture and larger items:

-       Kerbside Delivery - As the items is delivered on a pallet by a lorry, the delivery is only guaranteed to the kerbside outside your front door (or nearest point to your front door where a lorry can park). If you have access restrictions for large vehicles, then this could present an issue. The large item will then need to be carried from the delivery point to your home by yourself.

-       Pallet Delivery - As the items are delivered on a pallet, there will be disposal of a pallet required as the delivery vehicle will not be able to take the pallet away.

-       Limited Tracking - As the item is sent on a pallet, the tracking is not as clear and up to date as a parcel or another large service would be. Updates may only include ‘Dispatched’ and ‘Out for Delivery’ which can make it hard to plan for the delivery.

OUR PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICES


Priority Dispatch

For small to medium parcels:

-       Dispatch - As soon as your order is physically available for dispatch from our warehouse, we will dispatch your order to you as a priority, using the fastest possible method.

-       Delivery Date - If your order is available before your Estimated Delivery Date window has started, it will still be dispatched.

Pricing:

-       £8.00 for orders under £100

-       £4.00 for orders over £100

Nominated Day Delivery

In the Shopping Basket and Checkout, you will have the option to select a nominated delivery day of your choice, as long as the delivery day is after the lead time stated on the product page of the item you are ordering.
You will also have the choice for us to deliver your order on a Saturday, with options of delivery being before 12.00PM and before 10:30AM.
On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email from us and an email and/or text message from the courier to inform you that the delivery will be with you the following day. On the morning of the delivery day you will receive an email from the courier with a 1 hour Delivery Time Window of when your order will be delivered.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Our NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY service is not available with some items and large furniture items.

Next Working Day Delivery

Our NEXT DAY DELIVERY service is a next working day delivery service for eligible items ordered before 3PM Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
If you place your order before 3PM between Monday and Friday (non-Bank Holiday), your order will be delivered the following Working Day - This includes Saturday Delivery, so if you place your order on a Friday before 3PM, it will be delivered on the Saturday.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you place your order over the weekend using the NEXT DAY DELIVERY service, your order will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday (Bank Holidays Excluded).

 

You will receive an email from us and an email and/or text message from the courier to inform you that the delivery will be with you the following day. On the morning of the delivery day you will receive an email from the courier with a 1 hour Delivery Time Window of when your order will be delivered.

Industville Next Working Day Delivery

Our Industville NEXT DAY DELIVERY service is a next working day delivery service for eligible items ordered before 12PM Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
If you place your order before 12PM between Monday and Friday (non-Bank Holiday), your order will be delivered the following Working Day – This excludes Saturday Delivery, so if you place your order on a Friday before 12PM, it will be delivered on the Monday (providing the Monday is not a Bank Holiday).

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you place your order over the weekend using the NEXT DAY DELIVERY service, your order will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday (Bank Holidays Excluded).

 

If ordering Industville items on a Next Day Delivery Service with other items that are not available on a Next Day Delivery Service, the option for NEXT DAY DELIVERY will not show in the Shopping Basket or Checkout as the service will not be available.

We offer an Express Delivery option on some select brands. This is a premium service is where products which are not kept in stock in our warehouse (shown as 'Available' on the product page) are ordered in especially for your order and the order is expressed to our warehouse where it is then dispatched on a next day delivery service.

Most of the brand's warehouses are outside of the UK in countries such as Denmark, Germany, Spain, France etc.

Large Item Premium Delivery

This is for furniture and larger items

-       Doorstep Delivery - Your item(s) will be delivered to your doorstep by our delivery partner

-       No Pallet - Unlike the ‘Large Item Free Delivery’ your order will not be delivered on a pallet, so there is no need for disposal of the pallet

-       Fully Tracked - You will receive full tracking information on dispatch of your item(s) and you will be informed of every step, including a short delivery window. Updates will be sent via text message, email or by phone

White Glove Delivery

Our White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery service for larger furniture items. Your order will be dispatched when the product is available, according to the lead time of the product displayed on the product page.

-       2 Man Booked Delivery - You will be contacted by our delivery partner who will book in a delivery day with you

-       Room of Choice - On the day of delivery that you have agreed with our delivery partner, your items will be delivered to a room of your choice

-       Packaging Removed - Items will then be unpackaged and all packaging will be taken away

PLEASE NOTE: Although the delivery day is somewhat negotiable, the delivery times are governed by the delivery route and may not be negotiable. Timeslots and specified time deliveries are available with our White Glove Delivery service, however, this will be at an additional cost dependant on the specific details. We can quote on this after you have placed your order.

What about Exchange Rates, Currency and Payments?

 

Naken.co.uk is a UK based website that operates within UK. and Non-UK Banks and International credit card providers will regulate their own exchange rates and in addition, might charge a processing or administration fee that the card holder is liable to pay. It is the responsibility of the customer to research exchange rates and charges included in exchanging money by purchasing from the UK. Naken.co.uk disclaims any responsibility for any charges incurred.

Naken.co.uk is a website that operates within the UK. Purchases on the site can be securely paid via PayPal using a Credit or Debit card, or by PayPal. All payments are processed in Pounds Sterling [GBP]

 

What about VAT, Import Taxes and Import Duties?

 

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK then VAT will not be charged, giving you a saving of 20% off of the prices stated on our website (if showing VAT). VAT rates will not be shown if the website detects that you are outside of the UK or if you have changed your delivery country to outside of the UK. This 0% VAT rate will be shown in the shopping cart and checkout.

However, please be aware that most overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and entry taxes at their final point of destination. Any local import duties and taxes that may be due are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods and Naken.co.uk (Naken Interiors) are not responsible for any charges incurred.


VAT, Import Duties and Import Taxes are subject to the product, price and delivery country and can vary based on the aforementioned.

 

General Delivery Terms & Conditions

 

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

Where possible, we require you to check the items immediately. Therefore, once you have taken delivery of your order to ensure your items have been delivered safely in transit, please check the contents thoroughly as soon as you possibly can. In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  1.   Accept the delivery but make your delivery driver aware of the damage and, when you sign for the goods, write ‘damaged’ alongside your signature on the delivery paperwork.
  2.   If you are unable to open and inspect the goods, when you sign for your delivery please write 'unchecked' alongside your signature on the delivery paperwork.

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected], complete with your order number, a short description and photographs of the fault/ damage - this will help us process your claim accordingly and as quickly as possible.

It is also very important that you keep all the original packaging, including delivery boxes and repack the item with care.

 

What about returns?

 

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with the products that you have ordered from us or if you need to return them for any reason, you can do so by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of the product(s). We will be more than happy to offer you a refund* provided that the products are returned to us complete and in perfect condition.

*Please note that our 14-day returns guarantee does not apply to items on an ‘SP’ product code, non-standard, customized/bespoke/ special order, made-to-order or ordered in especially products. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Lead Times and Estimated Delivery Dates

The Lead-Times stated are Estimated Lead Times, and although we do everything possible to meet this lead-time there are sometimes events and issues outside of our control that can cause delays. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to book in Trades People to install any of the products purchased at Naken.co.uk until you have received the goods from us and are happy with your purchase. We (Naken.co.uk) will not take any responsibility if a tradesperson is booked and the product(s) does not arrive in time for it to be installed.

Please do not email or call us asking when the product is going to be dispatched before the estimated lead time has exceeded. If there is a problem with the order we will contact you as soon as we can.

When ordering multiple items, please take the longest lead time into account as we ship all items of orders together. This doesn't apply to furniture, flooring and some items that may be dispatched direct from the manufacturers.
