The Intersection plaids are made from 100% recycled materials. The plaid is woven from stunningly soft recycled alpaca and sheep wool. Weaving alpaca wool fabrics is a tradition in Peru that dates back to the Inca era. Alpaca fibres are softer, more durable and warmer than other natural fibres. The plaid fluffs minimally and retains the beautiful look for many years to come. 100% sustainable fibres have been used in the plaid. Elvang is fair trade certified at the highest level by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO). It is a guarantee that the plaid is made under proper conditions for the environment, humans and animals.
